We are looking for a Transactional Attorney with M&A and general corporate experience to join our team!
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transactional Attorney to join our practice in our Dallas, TX office. This position is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in M&A and general corporate law who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
-Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and commercial agreements.
-Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.
-Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes from inception to closing.
-Provide ongoing legal counsel to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and general corporate matters.
-Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and professionals across the firm to develop effective legal strategies.
-Manage multiple matters simultaneously and deliver timely, high-quality legal work.
Qualifications:
-J.D. from an accredited law school.
-Minimum of 3+ years of experience in M&A and general corporate law.
-Strong understanding of corporate governance, securities law, and commercial contracts.
-Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong client relationship skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
