We are a 75 person CPA firm headquartered between downtown LA and Beverly Hills. We are a full service CPA firm that also has an in house wealth management practice. We offer Tax, Audit, Accounting, Business Consulting, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, services and more. With the wealth management practice we have a higher level of HNWI and UHNWIs on our books with a lot of pass throughs. We offer full benefits, summer fridays, reasonable busy season hours (50-55 average on peak weeks),multiple retirement options, and in house financial advice.

We are looking for an experienced tax senior to do a majority of preparer work to start. You need to have both individual and business tax experience, and experience with Trust & estate clients is a major plus. Our client book is very similar to a PCS style with a HNWI/UHNWI and a number of pass through entities. Most businesses sit in the $1M to $10M revenue range with some upwards of a few hundred million.

What you will be doing:

Prepare Individual and Business Returns
- HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, some c-corps, Trust & Estate
HNWI Heavy w/ Pass Throughs
Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
Researching Complex Tax Issues
Reviewing Tax returns

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in:

Public Accounting
Preparing/Reviewing Tax Returns
- Business & Individuals
- Trust & Estate exp. MAJOR PLUS
Tax Planning
Client Interaction
Tax Research
Active CPA/EA strongly preferred
