Key Responsibilities:

Oversee survey staff and project management
Ensure accurate survey calculations and map checking
Maintain client relationships and handle business development
Manage deadlines and project scopes effectively
Collaborate with engineers, licensed surveyors, and technical teams
Verify field survey data accuracy

Qualifications:

10+ years of land surveying experience, including staff management
Professional Surveyor License (NY preferred)
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, regulations, and tools
Expertise in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction stakeout, etc.
Familiarity with Carlson and Civil 3D software
