Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Demand Generation Manager to lead our demand generation efforts, driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is essential in developing and executing programs that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, and events.
  • Oversee budget management for demand generation campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to create co-marketing initiatives that amplify reach and engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis to measure campaign performance and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Implement account-based marketing tactics to engage key accounts and optimize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and foster collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of partner marketing strategies and execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of Sales and Account Based Marketing, and proficiency in data analysis and event strategy.
