Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sr. CMM Programmer to join our aerospace team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure that our aerospace components meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with AS9100 and other quality assurance processes in aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement CMM programs using Tecnomatix Quality software and MeasureMax.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate measurement programs.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
Conduct inspections and tests on aerospace components to ensure adherence to GD&T standards.
Generate detailed reports and documentation for quality control purposes.
Stay updated on the latest CMM technologies and best practices in aerospace quality assurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in CMM programming in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in Tecnomatix Quality software, MeasureMax, and Atos professional.
Strong understanding of GD&T and CAD software.
Experience with Unigraphics is highly desirable.
Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
