Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction
Salary: $140,000-$180,000
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a Leading ENR Ranked Construction company. The Senior PM will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates of costs for all construction projects and will be expected to use their expertise to provide valuable input into the pre-construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks
Implement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions
Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, and expenses
Manage Owner Client Relationship
Oversee all Construction Phases - Prefer non Electrical & Mechanical Specialty but Full Cycle
Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly Reports
Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments
Qualifications:
10+ years of construction experience
Strong background in Commercial Construction and experience with Data Center Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
