Senior Project Manager - Commercial Drywall Stud Framing

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager - Commercial Drywall Stud Framing will oversee and manage projects related to drywall and metal stud framing. This role requires a skilled leader who can ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple commercial drywall and metal stud framing projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to construction and safety.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience with drywall and metal stud framing projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
