Salary: $180K-$300K (negotiable based on book of business)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney with a substantial book of business exceeding $500K. This role is ideal for a proven legal professional who excels in litigation and various areas of law, including but not limited to personal injury, business law, and corporate counsel. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing legal representation and advice to clients, while also mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of law including litigation, corporate law, and personal injury.
Manage a substantial book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Lead and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution, including depositions and court appearances.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and associates in the firm.
Develop and implement strategic legal plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Stay updated on legal trends, case law, and regulations affecting clients' interests.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience with a focus on litigation.
Demonstrated success in managing a book of business exceeding $500K.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in areas such as employment law, insurance defense, and commercial litigation is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
