Highly energetic and motivated leader with excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills driven by strong work ethic looking to continuously evolve my career and as an individual! A process and results oriented philosophy providing integrity, accountability and leadership to everything I set my mind to. Wasn't sure what I wanted to do after college so bounced around a few different positions as I explored where I wanted to take my career. Was provided an opportunity in staffing which lead me to secure a position as a Recruiter in the manufacturing industry and complete a childhood dream of living in Chicago. Realized that recruiting is something I am passionate about because there isn't something more satisfying than helping someone find their ideal career and providing them with life-changing opportunities!
