Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a litigation attorney with trial experience. With an emphasis on handling foreclosure bench trials. We are an established law firm that handles Plaintiff's foreclosure actions throughout the state. The office is located in Deerfield Beach and offers competitive pay and benefits. The ideal candidate should have a background in foreclosure law, but other relevant legal experience will be considered.
What You Need:
-Efficiently manage cases in a volume practice.
-Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, mediations and trials.
-Provide clients with status reports regarding pending cases.
--Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, orders, and subpoenas.
Prepare cases for trial, attend bench trials either remotely or in-person.
-3+ years of legal experience and FL Bar Admission
