Quality Control Manager - USACE

Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of construction projects in accordance with USACE standards. The ideal candidate will implement and manage quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control plans to meet USACE standards.
Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation of quality control activities, inspections, and reports.
Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and procedures.
Evaluate and analyze project quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including EM-385 guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control, preferably with USACE projects.
Proven knowledge of quality control processes and standards, including QCM and CQCM certification.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Familiarity with RMS and EM-385 standards.
Experience with commercial and federal renovation and ground-up projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
