Job Title: Project Manager - Floating Solar (Hybrid, Full-Time)
Location: Florida (preferred) | Travel Required: 50%+
About the Role
A leading innovator in floating solar technology is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates based in Florida. In this position, you'll oversee the development and execution of floating photovoltaic (PV) projects across the U.S., from planning through installation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project development including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and safety compliance
Supervise construction activities and cross-functional teams on-site
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery
Maintain compliance with construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor project progress, cost controls, and risk mitigation plans
Travel frequently (50%+) to support projects nationwide
What You'll Bring
Proven leadership and team supervision experience on construction sites
Strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in renewable energy or solar
Solid budgeting and resource management skills
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory frameworks
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Degree or certification in Construction Management or a related field preferred
