Project Manager

We're a local leader of industrial construction repair and maintenance with offices in Virginia and the Carolinas covering the southeast United States region since 1980. Some of our longstanding partner clients include DuPont and Gerdau Petersburg among others. We're growing across markets and looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with field and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction, preferably with concrete and steel.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with industrial construction processes and safety standards.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Estimation experience is a major plus
