Position Overview
The Hospitality Project Manager will oversee and manage renovation projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in hotels and other hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage hospitality renovation projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospitality standards.
Communicate project updates to all stakeholders and resolve any conflicts that arise.
Manage project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the hospitality industry, particularly in renovations.
Strong understanding of commercial hospitality operations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
