Job Title: Project Manager & Sr. Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX

Salary Range: $120,000 - $185,000

My client is a top commercial general contractor who has a strong backlog of projects in Austin. As a result, we are looking for new commercial project managers & Sr. Project Managers to join the team. Responsibilities:

Manage and create project schedules.
Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other parties.
Work with the superintendent to guarantee the quality of the contract.
Schedule and attend project meetings and final walk-throughs.
Create project budgets, change orders, and manage cost control.
Supervise staff and provide feedback when necessary.
Monitor and create all required reports consistently.
Ensure safety compliance according to policies.
Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in construction management or similar preferred with
3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Experience with P6, Procore, or viewpoint
In depth knowledge of contracts, materials, and scheduling
Familiar with cash flow procedures
