Job Title: Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in various aspects of case preparation and management. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in legal research, document drafting, and case management, ensuring that all work is conducted efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research to support case preparation
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Assist attorneys in case management and organization
Maintain and organize case files and legal documents
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling and filing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or related field
Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software
