About Us: We are a leading provider of residential services, including pest control, lawn care, gutter cleaning, HVAC, and more. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales efforts with property managers and strategic clients.

Job Description: We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to cover sales into property managers for our residential services business. This role involves selling services such as pest control, lawn care, gutter cleaning, HVAC, and more to property managers overseeing 100+ properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic clients, including managed HOAs, smaller apartment complexes, eldercare/housing (assisted living/nursing homes, long-term care facilities), institutional landlords, and vacation rentals.
Lead sales efforts and develop strategies to target and engage potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in outside/field sales, specifically selling services to property managers or similar clients (e.g., landscaping or pest control to multi-family properties).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Located in New Jersey and able to report to Ned HQ in Fairfield, NJ when needed.
Ready to hit the streets after a short training period.
