Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Brownwood, TX
Salary: $80-$85,000/Year Plus Benefits and Relocation for the right candidate.
Requirements: Must have at least 5+ years experience in a Manufacturing plant working on high-speed machinery. Food manufacturing is a big plus for this role as well as PLC knowledge.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and regular preventative maintenance tasks. This includes conducting electrical work as assigned and ensuring prompt resolution of equipment issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and electrical wiring, and the ability to work efficiently within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Maintenance Technician must adhere to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company safety policies.
