Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employment law and labor regulations, with a focus on providing legal counsel to businesses and organizations in matters concerning employee rights, union negotiations, and workplace discrimination.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on employment law and labor relations issues.
Represent clients in litigation related to employment disputes, including discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and agreements.
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions for clients on employment law topics and best practices.
Manage relationships with clients and maintain effective communication throughout legal processes.
Research and analyze complex legal issues related to labor and employment law.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Barred in FL
5+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
Strong understanding of discrimination laws, union regulations, and labor laws.
Experience in litigation and representing clients in court.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
