HVAC Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both commercial and residential settings, with a focus on luxury homes. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction through expert service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems in new construction and existing buildings.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating and cooling systems.
Diagnose and repair HVAC issues for residential and commercial clients.
Collaborate with construction teams on commercial construction projects.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in luxury homes and commercial settings.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and safety protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
