As the HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR culture, strategies, programs, policies, and processes to ensure our success in starting up and operating our dairy and plant-based ESL and UHT beverage facility.
Our people are our most important resource and are critical to enabling the success of our state-of-the-art plant and our customers. Shaping our corporate values and a positive culture is a vital aspect of this role.
Ultimately, you will:
Set and develop Human Resources processes and organization objectives.
Drive job, compensation, and benefit design, implementation, and operation.
Manage recruitment processes to meet startup and operational objectives.
Ensure robust onboarding and training programs are in place for all team members.
Implement and guide effective employee relations, performance management, and talent management programs.
Manage HRIS/HRMS environment and external HR-related vendors and partners.
The HR Manager is a crucial member of our senior management team, reporting to the Plant Manager and Company Owners.
This role requires an inspiring and collaborative leader and team builder with great people and communication skills, excellent human resources, business and operational acumen in beverage, food, or other manufacturing environments, and a self-driven work ethic.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the HRIS platform
Utilize HRIS platform or other data collector to pull reports together for knowledge in decision making.
Owner of all safety and safety related programs in absence of an EHS Coordinator.
Develop and implement learning and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and abilities through performance review and coaching.
Work with site leadership to make informed people decisions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS or BA degree, and/or 10+ years of Human Resources roles as both an individual contributor and leader, ideally in a food, beverage, or other manufacturing environment. Must have a proven Generalist background with strong leadership abilities.
