Title: Facilities Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
Location: McDonough, GA 30253 (Southeast Atlanta)
Salary: $95,000-$110,000 + 10% Bonus

Founded in 1986 we are a 650 employee manufacturer of frozen pancakes operating 2 facilities (1 in Little Rock, AR and the other here in McDonough, GA) serving customers all across the US, Canada & Mexico. Our headcount has increased 17% over the past 2 years as we continue to expand our product line and increase our market share in the space. For our facility in McDonough we are targeting to hire a Facilities Supervisor coming out of the food & beverage space with a strong process safety management & maintenance background to help ensure our facilities run smoothly.

What You Will Be Doing

Maintain a compliant PSM & RMP program at the facility
Participate in ammonia system operations as necessary
Develop & conduct training programs for the refrigeration system, hazmat team, confined space entry & rescue team
Develop & review SOPs for refrigeration system ensuring all P&ID's are up to date
Reviews all PM's for mechanical Integrity compliance
Maintains all Process Safety Management documentation & training records
Inspect & maintain HazMat equipment in accordance w/ 29CFR 1910.119
Oversee & manage Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems
Conduct plant processes in a GMP environment incl: Blast Freezing Equipment & temperature-controlled environments for food storage
Work w/ maintenance & refrigeration technicians to cross train on system maintenance
Manage steam boilers, air compressors, air dryers & sprinkler systems

What You Need for this Position

6+ years related experience (maintenance, refrigeration maintenance & supervisor responsibilities)
Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems
Working knowledge of FDA, OSHA & environmental food manufacturing
Food manufacturing experience & PSM knowledge
Experience managing a comprehensive maintenance program
