Job Title: Customer Relations Manager
Location: Port Washington, WI. 
Salary: $85k - 90k.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.  Must have prior experience (5+ years) of project management and/or customer service experience in a contract manufacturing environment.  Must have previous supervisory experience and will lead a team of 2-4 project managers.

Position Overview
The Customer Relations Manager will oversee and enhance the customer service experience by managing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. This role involves leading the customer service team, facilitating communication between departments, and driving customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Oversee contract manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve their performance and professional development.
• Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project management teams to align customer needs with production capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, especially in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of contract manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Must have prior experience (5+ years) of project management and/or customer service experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
• MUST have previous supervisory experience and will lead a team of 2-4 project managers.
