We are a midsize, full-service, CPA firm located in South Denver and Colorado Springs. We host a wide range of clients including HNWIs, s-corps, c-corps, partnerships, and even a few publicly traded companies. We see a strong focus in partnerships and s-corps. We are involved in industries of all sorts amongst our closely held business, non profit, and government clients. We do see a niche presence in real estate, construction, and the healthcare industries. We are a growing firm of about 75 employees looking to add to our family off tax and audit accountants.
As a firm we offer a collaborative environment with in-depth training of the processes we follow and how to best handle the clients that we see. We look to keep the work life balance to a maximum through a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office) and by staying around 40-45 hours a week and trying to stay under 60 hours a week during busy season. We will cover 100% of your medical premiums, we come in with generous PTO, with the ability to bank more through your OT hours during busy season. We also pay out OT for all employees that are not in a manager position. Lastly we offer a company 401k w/ an 8% match.
