The Role

We are seeking a skilled Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and provide strategic insights to our clients. This role offers leadership opportunities and a clear path to advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning to completion.
Review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with GAAP and other standards.
Identify and address potential risks, offering actionable recommendations to clients.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering professional development and growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends to guide clients effectively.

Qualifications

CPA license required; Master's in Accounting or related field preferred.
6+ years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency with audit software and tools (e.g., CaseWare, CCH).
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and client service abilities.
