An established (100+ year) national full service law firm is seeking a transactional Attorney to join their team in Newark, NJ. This attorney would have 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related transactional work.
Offer:
$135,000-$200,000 annual salary contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
Experience in transactional law related to high-net-worth individuals and families
New Jersey Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Advising clients on estate and tax planning strategies
Administering trusts and estates, including probate matters
Conducting research and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
Collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop comprehensive planning solutions
Maintaining detailed and organized case files
