We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team and support our construction projects. This role will involve managing the entire construction process from start to finish, including coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on the construction sites. You will be responsible for monitoring the work of subcontractors and ensuring all safety and quality control regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for communicating with the project team and clients, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent in the Construction industry. This role requires excellent knowledge of Tilt-Ups, Healthcare, Casino/Hotel, Commercial Construction, distribution centers and Light Industrial projects.
