AI Integration Lead

Position Overview
The AI Integration Lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of AI technologies into various business processes and systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI integration projects across the organization.
Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to develop and deploy machine learning models.
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration and improvement.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the testing and validation of AI systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain system architecture documentation for AI solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the integration process.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and neural network development.
Strong knowledge of natural language processing and its applications.
Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for AI deployment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Knowledge of system architecture and data engineering principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
