Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Fort Worth
Compensation: $125k - $140k base
Requirement: 4+ years of Project Manager K-12 experience is needed to be considered for this role - Ground up construction experience is also needed.
We has a diverse portfolio (K-12, higher education, municipal, industrial, faith-based, medical office, senior living, office, corporate interiors, entertainment) of projects ranging from complex multi-faceted structures to interior renovations.
Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Ground up K-12 experience.
- Continuously maintain a positive working relationship with clients, architects, subcontractors, city officials and neighboring businesses
- Develop lasting relationships with clients, architects, vendors to enable future project planning and support continuous business growth
- Primary point of contact at the jobsite to work directly with City, State and Government officials, inspectors and representatives
- Ensure a safe work environment by leading safety meetings and actively participating and completing annual safety training
- Maintain a keen eye on day-to-day project operations while focusing on the projects critical path
- Ground up construction experience
- Experience with K-12 Construction Projects is a must
- Construction Management and/or Engineering Degree or related field experience
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible, collaborative and a team player
- A positive attitude to mentor and motivate the project team
- Client focus and awareness of client and end-user cares and needs
