Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

Job Salary: $100K - $125K depending on experience
We are a strong non-profit based in New York City with an incredible mission which is all about helping people. We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively and act as a L3 support
Exchange/Email Administration: Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Office 365 Exchange environments, including handling DKIM, SPF, and other email authentication issues.
Windows Server Network Management: Expertise in handling Windows Server environments. Design, install, configure and maintain internal and customer facing servers. Manage Active Directory and Group Policy.
Virtualization: Experience with Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Machine platforms to design, install, configure and maintain virtual machines and optimize resource usage
Cloud Computing: Expertise with Azure/O365, deploying and managing cloud-based services
Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to resolve issues, automate tasks and improve efficiency
Disaster Recovery and Backup Management: Experience in planning, implementing and managing disaster recovery and backup solutions.
Networking: Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks, including configuration, troubleshooting, and security
Security Management: Skills in implementing and managing security measures to protect systems from threats and vulnerabilities
Documentation: Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
Additional Qualifications:
We offer a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 plus excellent benefits.
