Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initial estimate through to finalization.
Prepare bidder instructions, bid forms, and all necessary solicitation documents.
Oversee the bidding process for negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects.
Collaborate in preparing and presenting cost and budget information to clients.
Facilitate handoff meetings between the preconstruction and project teams.
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction estimating experience, Commercial experience PREFERRED
Experience in healthcare, retail, office building and renovation projects.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, take-off software, and scheduling tools.
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field PREFFERED
Project Management experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills through email, over the phone and in-person
