Majority of our projects are located throughout North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. Our projects consist of market rate podium & garden-style builds that typically range from 200-500 units.

What You Will Be Doing

- Be involved in all phases of estimating
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors involved in the budget process
- Responsible for pricing projects and value engineering
- Collaborate on project reports, change orders, requisitions, scheduling, shop drawings, RFI's and CPR's, preparation and analysis of bids
- Obtain proposals from subcontractors/suppliers and qualify their quotes
- Ensure all scopes of work in contract documents are covered in overall estimate
- Prepare various stages of budgets/cost from Conceptual Budgets, Design-Development Budgets, Pricing-Set Budgets, Construction Document Budgets, Permit
- Help negotiate and prequalify all subcontractor and vendor proposals

What You Need for this Position

- 10+ years of Estimating and Preconstruction Management in the Multifamily, Mid-rise project space
- Higher Degree in Construction Management (or similar) desired, not required
- Ability to work in office in Charlotte, North Carolina (relocation offered)
