We are a Richmond based Commercial HVAC & HVAC Controls firm that has been around for over 20 years servicing commercial clients primarily in Richmond and Charlottesville, but clients throughout the major metros of Virginia as well.
We also have a 15K sq ft product warehouse and buy/sell products direct to Mechanical Contractors and other clients.
We are growing and actively looking to add a Sales Rep to our growing team with HVAC/Mechanical experience.
The role has a 1st year guarantee (determined based on experience) with unlimited income potential.
-As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts
-Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders to access various equipment
-Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
-Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
-Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits
-Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new accounts
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to foster long-term customer loyalty
-Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
