Position Overview:
We have a general contracting construction client that is looking to hire a project manager in Lubbock to join their team!
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deadlines, and overseeing the completion of construction projects
This includes:
-Developing budgets, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
-Develop, implement, & confirm project goals as a core team member of each project team
-Process subcontractor & contract change orders
-Evaluate progress & prepare detailed reports for each project
