We are an industry leading heavy civil contractor focused on large-scale grading/paving projects. We are dedicated to quality work and taking care of our employees. Due to growth and demand for our services we are in need of hiring a Civil Construction PM who has at least 5 years of project management experience with expertise in construction software, bidding, RFI's, change orders, take-offs, Microsoft Office, and Project Management Software.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects and phases of assigned construction projects throughout the Bay Area, including (but not limited to) managing costs, planning/scheduling, purchasing, safety, labor, and contracts.
More Than 5 Years of project management experience and knowledge of:
- Public works/Caltrans grading and paving focus preferred
