We are a top multi-family developer and builder with large scale apartment projects throughout the country in 15-20 states. We have a large presence in the Orlando and North FL market, and are continuing to expand as we have several market-rate podium, wrap and garden style deals starting in the near future.
We are looking for a strong PM to run one of our hallmark projects out of our Orlando office area- and this will transition into multiple projects following a 2-3 year run on the current one.
We pay top of market base salary, bonus that gets paid annually as 20% of base salary, car allowance, top tier benefits and most importantly a growing pipeline of work in the region.
