As an Estimator, you will be at the forefront of our project planning and execution, ensuring the accuracy of cost estimation's for projects with structural, piping, fabrication, industrial & steel. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding the success of our ventures.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and estimation of material, labor, and equipment costs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize cutting-edge estimation software and industry best practices to produce precise cost projections.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate estimation findings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and cost fluctuations to optimize project budgeting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience as an Estimator
- AWS Welder Certification/CWI Welder Certification Preferred
- Must have Industrial/Commercial Construction Experience
- Must have experience with JOC's, DBB's, and CMAR
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation tools and softwares (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Projects)
Salary range $90,000 - $120,000
