Salary: $150,000-$200,000 (Base) | $200,000-$250,00 (Total Comp)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on the defense of insurance bad faith and fraud matters
Work on Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Claims
Discovery
Deposition
Prepare and argue motions
Trial preparation

QUALIFICATIONS:

J.D. from Accredited Law School
Barred in CA
3+ years doing Insurance Defense
Nice to have:
- SIU claim experience
- Deposition experience
- Has led discovery
- Has prepared and argued motions
- Trial preparation experience
