Job Title: Head of Investor Relations
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Salary: $150,000 - $300,000+/ year DOE + extensive benefits, growth opportunities, retirement plans, and much more

What You Will Be Doing
- Build relationships with prospective fund investors
- Support the fund in its next fund raise, targeting $500m+
- Support and coach the IR team
- Help with investor reports, financial analysis and investor presentations when necessary
- Additional duties as requested
Required:
- Previous track record raising funds from global investors
- Ability to bring a network of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowment Funds, and Pension Funds
- Senior candidate with 5+ years in real estate, private equity, or placement agents
- 3+ years of capital formation experience
- History of working with banks and managing a line of credit
- Experience reaching agencies regarding capital market information
- Proven track record of profiting for both investments and firm
- Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank
- Proven track record of raising capital and managing investor relations at a private equity firm
- Relevant degree from a top-tier school
