What You Will Be Doing

-Handle Family law matters (divorce, child custody, child support, etc)
-Manage a family law caseload of diverse situations
-Drafting pleadings, interrogatories, case information statements, settlement agreements and final judgments
-Regularly attend court appearances, depositions and argue motions
-Communicate effectively with clients and the team

What You Need for this Position

-JD
-Barred in NY
-3-5+ years of litigation and court appearance experience
-Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
