Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to provide legal counsel and services to clients related to family law matters. The successful candidate provides legal advice and assistance in disputed family cases, such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, guardianship, adoption, and paternity. The Family Law Attorney must have an in-depth understanding of the legal processes and procedures related to family law.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings related to family law.
Prepare legal documents, appeal documents, and other necessary paperwork for the proceedings.
Conduct legal research and use the latest laws and judicial decisions to assist clients.
Investigate the facts of each case and ensure the client's legal rights are enforced.
Advise clients on the legal implications of various actions and provide guidance on the best course of action.
Negotiate settlements between parties and represent clients' best interests.
Keep clients informed of the progress of their cases and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor Degree.
State bar membership, in good standing.
3+ years of experience in Family Law.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
