This is a full time/permanent position with a Construction company with projects spanning across Demotion, Heavy Civil, and Underground Utilities They have had consistent growth, have won many awards for their projects, and are a very stable and respected company with consistent projects and has been around for over 50 years.
- 3+ years experience as an Estimator
- Experience at a General Contracting company
- Demolition Experience
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or related) is a plus but not required
-Modern Construction Tech knowledge is a huge plus (HCCS, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Manage Pre-Construction Process for Demolitions of all sizes
- Effectively running document meetings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
