Role: Industrial Engineer

Salary: $75-100k DOE

Location: Wayne, NE (relocation available)

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing and proven experience with industrial engineering to help our organization reach peak efficiency. The Industrial Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving production processes, improving product quality and reliability, and managing capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Improve product quality and reliability.
Support capital projects for new and existing operations.
Analyze process and production data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
Hands on experience with line balancing, manning calculations, productivity analysis/loss analysis, capacity analysis, ergonomic risk analysis, time studies, standardized work, PFMEA, lean manufacturing, and statistical process control
Experience with capital projects.
Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD.
Leadership or or supervisory experience is nice to have.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
