Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

5.) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

What You Will Be Doing
The Accounting Manager will oversee all financial and accounting activities for our company. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP and experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will also possess full cycle accounting experience and preferably hold a CPA designation. Knowledge of ERP systems is also considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with GAAP
2.) Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
3.) Prepare and analyze financial statements, including variance analysis and trend analysis
4.) Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
5.) Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
6.) Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
7.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and increase efficiency
8.) Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
9.) Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
